Over 20 Years in Search of the Perfect Note
It all started more than two decades ago. As musicians and educators with over 20 years of experience in classical education, we always felt that something was missing. We watched students who loved music lose their motivation because of the rigid and slow-paced system of traditional music schools.
Throughout all these years, the same question kept driving us: "How can we teach people to play and sing faster without compromising on quality and depth?"
The Solution We Sought: A New Method of Learning
After years of teaching, researching, and testing various approaches, we finally developed our own method. It's not just about reading notes—it is a system based on direct experience, an individualized plan, and continuous support. Our method enables every student to achieve tangible results in their very first year—results that used to take several years in traditional classical schools.

Today, we are a proud international team of professionals. We believe that music knows no borders, which is why we share our knowledge in multiple languages: Slovenian, English, Russian, and Ukrainian.
In our studios in Ljubljana and Maribor, we are more than just teachers and students—we are a community of music lovers who believe that anyone can learn to express themselves through sound when guided by the right mentors and an effective system.

Meet Our Team
- MARINA IGRITSKAYAFounder & Art DirectorI am originally from Russia. I holds a degree as a solo singer and vocal professor from the Mikhail Glinka State Academy of Music in Nizhny Novgorod, Russia.
Winner of numerous singing competitions in Russia. From 2005 to 2008, I was a soloist at the Chaliapin Opera and a soloist with the Misailov Orchestra in Moscow.
Since 2003, I have been teaching music in public and private schools in Moscow.
In 2014, I moved to Slovenia.
In 2016, I founded the ZLATA LIRA Institute for Culture and Education.
Since 2014, I have been the Artistic Director of the International Slavic Music Festival TALISMAN. - KATERYNA RYPALENKOPiano TeacherI am a piano professor by education. I graduated from the Music Secondary School in Artemivsk (now Bakhmut)—piano department, and the State University in Sloviansk (music department) in Ukraine. I have taught in a music school and worked at both university and general education school levels.
- TATIANA BEGLOVAViolin TeacherHello! I'm Tatiana Beglova, originally from Russia. In 1994, I graduated from the High School of Music, and shortly after began working in an orchestra. My early professional experience was with a chamber orchestra, and later I also joined a symphony orchestra. I have over 30 years of musical experience with the violin. I teach violin to children starting from 1 year old, as well as to adults.
- MIKHAIL SHEIKOAccordion TeacherI was born in Kramatorsk, Ukraine. I completed my accordion studies at the I. P. Kotlyarevsky Institute of Arts in Kharkiv, in the class of Professor A. Mishchenko. During my studies, I became a laureate of numerous All-Ukrainian and international competitions, both as a soloist and as part of various ensembles.
I continued my professional path at the Academy of Culture in Kharkiv. I served as the musical director of the "Melana" Folk Song and Dance Theater and led the "3+2" folk instrument ensemble at the Kharkiv Philharmonic. I was a regular and active participant in numerous city and regional cultural events.
